Contact me for information on new puppies or young dogs at Showboat Pomeranians if any are shown on the Available page. As many other quality breeders do, I will also be asking questions and may require a completed application if you are a serious Pomeranian buyer and are confident you are able to provide a loving, forever and safe home for one of our furry kids.
Showboat puppies and dogs are family-raised, sleep indoors and have several separated large grassy play areas. Our dogs are never caged or kenneled. Our furry kids are fed a raw diet, supplements, and are in premium robust health and are happy, cheerful dogs.
We certainly encourage any potential buyer if new to the breed to research, do your homework, be sure this is the breed wanted and the one appropriate for your home, family and environment. It is always a good idea to visit a dog show (take the whole family for a day or afternoon of enjoyment) and see what the breed you want should look like, Pom or otherwise. There are many sad stories of what so-called "purebred, registered puppies" turned out to look like as they grew up, and what health problems and genetic defects they exhibited. You are encouraged to buy from a reputable, knowledgeable breeder and stay away from pet stores and puppy mills. You will not pay more for a quality dog from a reputable breeder and often less than ridiculous pet store prices. Additionally, buyers should know that various registration clubs are totally worthless. Your new pup, teen or adult dog, should be AKC registered and you should see both parents if at all possible.
If you decide you would like an available Showboat Pomeranian, please contact me and tell me a bit about yourself and family. One line inquiries will not be answered. Every effort will always be made to never allow a Showboat puppy or adult to be sold to or end up in a Kennel, a Pet Mill, with a Backyard Breeder or in a pound or shelter. If you are not serious and able to provide an excellent home for the dog's life as part of your family, please don't contact us. Conversely, if a puppy couldn't have a better home than with you, you will find me always available to answer questions and help you in any way possible as you raise your boy or girl.
